Clark is a visual artist whose paintings offer a profound exploration of personal and collective experiences. Central to Clark’s artistic vision is a deep commitment to storytelling. He constructs poignant narratives through painting, weaving together memory, identity, and shared cultural experiences. After graduating from the University of the Philippines, he returned to his hometown in northern Cebu to further develop his practice and reconnect with the environment that profoundly influenced his way of seeing.
Driven by a desire to foster creative exchange within his community, Clark founded Alampay, a name derived from the words Alampat and Payag. Conceived as a creative space for collaboration and dialogue, Alampay brings together local artists and nurtures meaningful artistic engagement within the region.
